This 68.40 acre tract has a Conservation Easement to protect wildlife as the property possesses wildlife habitat, natural, scenic and open space values which are worthy of preservation. The western most 30 acres is designated for General Development and the remaining 38.41 acre portion to the East is designated for Limited Development.
